A portable health certificate, so packs can be bought and sold.

A used pack today is an unpriceable object. It moves between owners with no record, so the buyer prices the worst case and the seller eats the difference. Cellworth issues a certificate that travels with the pack.

Who it's for

Three people who cannot do their job without this number.

Second-life integrators

Buying end-of-automotive-life packs for stationary storage, and currently grading them by hand or by hope.

Dismantlers and pack traders

Holding stock they cannot describe to a buyer beyond make, model and mileage.

OEM and fleet remarketing teams

Sitting on returned packs written down to salvage because nothing else is provable.

What they receive

What actually lands in your hands.

Certificate
A one-page PDF per pack: state of health, 95% interval, remaining-life curve, degradation-mode breakdown and methodology note.
Grade
A band — A1 through C — so a pallet of packs can be sorted and priced without reading forty documents.
Record
A verifiable reference tied to the pack serial, so the certificate can be checked by the next owner rather than taken on trust.
Bulk API
Certificates issued across a whole inventory from a telemetry export, not one pack at a time.

What it unlocks

Sell the pack instead of scrapping it.

A graded pack is a listed asset with a price. An ungraded pack is a liability with a disposal cost. The certificate is what moves a pack from the second column to the first, and the gap between those two numbers is what the certificate is worth.

How it starts
  1. 1 · Sample

Send telemetry for ten packs you already know the answer on. We issue certificates blind and you check us against your own bench data.

  2. 2 · Calibrate

We fit the grade bands to your resale market rather than a generic threshold, because A1 means nothing until it means a price.

  3. 3 · Run

Certificates issued per pack or per batch, priced per certificate, no platform licence.
